Returns and Refund Policy

We want customers to be satisfied with their Biovera order. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare, body care, and personal use products, we only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Skincare products
Body care products
Insect repellent products
Sprays and liquids
Personal care items
Sale items, unless defective
Gift cards, where applicable

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns may be accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, sealed, and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
